Welcome, yogi. I'm Carson.
I am a vinyasa and hatha yoga instructor for private clients, corporate teams, and special events.

I have been practicing yoga for 11+ years. But I can't say I fell in love with it in my first class. My first class looked more like an angry teenager who didn't understand why her mom made her do this torturous activity. Why were we holding a high plank?! I thought it was supposed to be easy! But little did I know how many thanks I would owe that wonderful woman.

Something kept pulling me back to my mat. Yoga became my anchor through loss, heartbreak, depression, anxiety, and sobriety. It was always there—even before I understood why.

In 2023, I stepped into teaching. I earned my 200-hour RYT Vinyasa/Hatha certification in Mal Pais, Costa Rica.

 

 My teaching style blends spirituality, proper alignment, and strength-building. Students often say my grounded presence leaves them feeling refreshed. Yoga is not just a physical practice. Whether our session is challenging or restorative, private or group, everything is tailored to your goals: strength, flexibility, stress relief, injury support, or corporate wellness.

 

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a complete beginner, or a company seeking balance and connection, I’m here to help you deepen your practice and experience more presence, growth, and peace—just as yoga has done for me over the last 11 years.

Private Yoga

1 on 1 private instruction, in-person at home or virtually.

Private yoga supports a wide variety of students and meets you where you're at:

  • You are too busy to find and attend studio group classes

  • You have an injury and can't keep pace with group classes

  • You have a more private lifestyle

  • You are seeking a deeper practice (get hands-on alignment adjustments, highly personalized feedback, and yoga sequences)

Get a full hour completely to yourself, fit to your schedule, your needs, and your level.

Corporate Yoga

Tailored yoga sessions for corporate teams. Help employees reduce stress, boost focus, and feel more connected throughout the day.

 

My background as a marketing professional in the tech space coupled with over a decade of practice and two years of in-studio teaching give me a unique point of view for the corporate space.

 

I create classes that help teams reset, reduce stress, and feel more centered. I specialize in corporate sessions that bring clarity, balance, and well-being into busy work environments!

My main focus is offering yoga to the sober community in recovery as an act of service.

Private yoga is a highly personalized and focused hour long session that we build together to fit your specific needs, body, and goals.

 

We meet to discuss your background in yoga (no experience required), what you are hoping to get out of our sessions, any injuries or limitations you are working with, and what goals you have for your practice. From there, I create custom yoga sequences for you.

 

Commit to yourself, to your life, to this world just by simply stepping onto your mat. 

Perfect For All Kinds of Yogis

These sessions are designed for all kinds of yogis:

  • Busy Yogis: You need a class schedule that molds to your calendar and don't want to sacrifice wellness for paychecks.
     

  • Stuck Yogis: Things just aren't quite as you wish right now and want to get your mojo back!
     

  • New Yogis: You want to learn the fundamentals and build confidence early on.
     

  • Private Yogis: Your practice is deeply personal and you want this hour entirely to yourself. Just you, your mat, and your breath.
     

  • Injured Yogis: You need a space to move safely, need special attention, and want to stay on the path but need a break from group classes.
